In the steep tradition of Chicago Automation, the ATM² is the industry’s first machine of its kind–an automatic “Hands-Free” washcloth separator/stacker. It picks tumble dried washcloths from an internal hopper and, through a perfectly timed series of measurements, transfers, and compressed air pulses, it straightens, orients, and stacks them accurately in a predetermined stack height without the need for an operator! Once stacked, the indexing conveyor delivers the finished stacks to an automated wrapping machine, master conveyor, or pack-out operator.
