In order to return a part to us for credit, a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number issued by the Chicago Returns Department is required. To obtain an RMA number, complete the Chicago Dryer RMA Request Form, located in the RMA Policies and Procedures packet (Click here) and e-mail it to rma@chidry.com.
The following information is required:
- Six-digit Chicago Dryer Order Number
- Chicago Part Number
- Quantity to be returned
- Serial number (if part is from machine currently under Warranty)
- Detailed and specific reason for the return
