Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Stockroom Manager to lead our stockroom operations and ensure accurate, efficient inventory management that directly supports production schedules and parts order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and process management skills, with the ability to oversee a team, optimize workflows, and leverage our ERP system to maintain accuracy, accountability, and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage stockroom staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Develop, implement, and refine stockroom processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Oversee inventory control, including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation in the ERP system (Epicor)
- Monitor and manage stock levels to support production, service, and customer order fulfillment needs
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, and service teams to forecast demand and prevent shortages or overstock situations
- Enforce standards for stockroom organization, safety, labeling, and accountability
- Analyze ERP data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen accuracy and optimize order fulfillment workflows
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in stockroom, warehouse, or inventory management, with at least 2-3 in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Epicor strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a process-improvement mindset
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in a manufacturing or technical environment (a plus)
