Chicago Dryer Company maintains a staff of factory-trained technicians to service machines anywhere in the world. In addition, Service Seminars are offered so that those who are interested may receive training directly from Chicago’s most experienced personnel.

Traveling Service Technicians

There are certain situations where it is appropriate to hire service technicians who work directly for Chicago Dryer Company:

  • Assist with re-assembly of knocked-down machines.
  • Start-up of new and/or numerous machines.
  • Special machines or machines in special circumstances.
  • Bringing machines back to factory specifications.

Arrangements can be made for one or more technicians for a day or week or whatever is the appropriate time period at any location, world-wide. If you feel that the presence of one or more Chicago Dryer Company service technician would benefit your organization, please contact your local distributor or the Chicago Service department for a quotation.

Service Seminars

Chicago Dryer Company offers training to end-users of our equipment so that they can benefit from the knowledge of our most experienced employees. General sessions offered in the factory at Chicago span two days and cover the entire range of Chicago’s product line, using classroom-type settings and demonstrations with actual machines:

  • Chicago schematics, both electrical and pneumatic.
  • Chicago Combustion systems.
  • Control systems.
  • Methods of Separating.
  • Methods of Feeding.
  • Methods of Ironing.
  • Methods of Folding, both large pieces and small.

Training materials are complementary and there is no charge for participation. Attendees are responsible only for their travel expenses.

Customized Training

Training by Chicago Service personnel is also available at your location by special arrangement.
