No matter how many years your equipment lasts (and it will be many), our dedication to personal service will never change. Our machines are supplied with in-depth Instruction Manuals featuring detailed information on operation, maintenance and repair to keep production running smooth. Still, we understand that some issues need a personal touch. You can call Chicago’s highly skilled technicians any time for help—and with nearly 200 years of combined experience on our team, you can be sure you’ll get the help you need. We don’t run a call center. When you have questions, you’ll talk to our dedicated Parts and Service teams every time. We know your machines, we know your set up and we’ll get you the answers you need.

Distributor Support

In addition to our in-house service and parts support, you have the benefit of your local distributor. This network employs more than 140 factory-trained technicians who are on call around the world; some can even be at your facility the next day. Many distributors are also on standby with new parts, often right in your backyard. Instruction Manuals

Our Instruction Manuals are highly regarded as some of the best in the industry. Just like the machines themselves, our manuals are not outsourced; they are created and managed by Chicago. This direct contact with the service, engineer and factory production teams allows us to bring their wealth of knowledge to you. This happens in two ways. For production, safety information, operation/training and maintenance guidelines are provided to keep your machine running smoothly. For service, detailed troubleshooting and repair procedures, as well as parts lists and schematics, make our manuals the first step towards resolving problems properly, quickly and easily.
