Titan

The TITAN is a high production multi-roll steam heated ironing machine available in models with two to five 24" (600mm) diameter ASME inspected and certified heated rolls. Full sectionalized exhaust canopy with blower is standard equipment. Modular design allows subsequent expansion by installation of additional heated roll sections at a later date for increased speed and production.

Operators place linen on the front conveyor of the machine, which is then carried from one section to the next by high temperature ribbons which smooth and stretch the linen. The sliding motion that occurs when flatwork comes in contact with the high polished revolving heated steel ironing cylinders produces a high gloss flatwork finish on the linen.
