Rapid Feed

RAPID FEED is a multi-lane small and large piece vacuum feeder designed to feed linen with high quality leading and trailing edges in high volume feeding applications. When placed in front of a high production ironer, Rapid Feed can be operated in one to five lanes, depending on item size.

Operators merely place linen at the front edge of the specially designed vacuum field which then draws wet linen onto the perforated feed conveyor. Guiding wheels and vacuum hold down linen’s leading edge while a vacuum chamber stretches and smoothes the linen and its trailing edge. The result is a very high volume of linen pieces properly stretched and presented to the ironer for high-quality finishing.
