Mr. Bundle

MISTER BUNDLE is a compact automatic bundler, counter, folder, and stacker of small pieces such as shop towels, washcloths and bar wipes. This folder / stacker is designed to automate the bundling process to assure accurate counts, consistent quality, and high production of finished bundles throughout the day.

As the operator continuously feeds items, each fed item is measured by a microprocessor control and draped on the stack with its midpoint positioned on the stack fold blade. The following piece is then laid on top of the stack in the same manner. This sequence continues until the preset stack count in the microprocessor control is reached. In a very rapid movement, the completed stack is folded in half by a precision folding blade and the completed bundle is automatically discharged onto the receiving plate area of the built-in drop stacker. The stacker’s plates then open and the bundle is dropped onto a stacking conveyor.

The Mr. Bundle folder stacker is ideal for laundries that process small items including spas, hotels, and restaurants.
