Air Chicago Triple Sort

The AIR CHICAGO TRIPLE SORT is a versatile addition to the Air Chicago folder series for those who wish to fold unsorted tumble dried work. The AIR CHICAGO TRIPLE SORT automatically folds, sorts, and stacks up to three different size towels with rear/front delivery.

AC Triple Sort enables an operator to randomly feed up to three different size towels or gowns for folding. The intelligent CHI microprocessor automatically determines which size of item is being processed, chooses and performs the desired fold pattern, and directs the folded item to one of three internal conveyor drop areas for stacking with similar items. Folded stacks are then discharged to an exit conveyor which may be configured in a variety of ways to match the laundry’s floor space and work flow requirements.
