Pellerin Milnor Corporation, Chicago Dryer Company, and American Dryer Corporation hosted their extensive dealer network over 3 days at the J. W. Marriott Hotel in the Galleria area of Houston, Texas in October.

Pellerin Milnor Corporation, Chicago Dryer Company, and American Dryer Corporation hosted their extensive dealer network over 3 days at the J. W. Marriott Hotel in the Galleria area of Houston, Texas in October. The biennial sales meeting provided the manufacturers and distributors a great opportunity to review product lines, discuss the laundry industry’s revolutionary DataFusion™ technology, and distribute awards for outstanding sales. Synergy attendees toured the hotel’s on-premises laundry (during an in-depth training session for first year salespeople) and a major, local healthcare laundry facility. Synergy 2008 Guest Speaker Randy Savage, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Director of Rooms and Related, gave a compelling presentation about the unique laundry challenges each Starwood property faces. Mr. Savage’s presentation offered the distributors insight and provided them the opportunity to discuss the laundry operator’s issues.

To wrap up another successful Synergy meeting, numerous awards were given to distributors and individual salespeople for innovation, determination, and excellence in their sales for 2006 through 2008. The “President’s Award”, presented by Pellerin Milnor and Chicago Dryer, is given to a dealer representative who exemplifies the Synergy mission of promotion and sales of the manufacturers’ products. In 2006, the Synergy President’s Award recipient was the late David J. Costabile of PAC Industries. This year’s President’s Award, which honored David Costabile, was presented to Mike Steiner of Steiner-Atlantic Corporation located in Miami, FL. David’s brothers Frank and Wayne Costabile (pictured left and right) proudly congratulated Mike Steiner for his achievement.
