The following article was posted in a newsletter from The Minnesota Chemical Company.
Sales Support of the Year Award 2007
The eight full time supply and equipment sales staff nominated five vendor sales support staff to receive this award. They then placed their votes for the person who gave us the greatest sales support in 2007 based on these factors:
- Product knowledge
- Fast response to our sales staff
- Excellent support
- Superior Customer Service Skills
Tom Kindy of Chicago Dryer Company was the winner. Tom has years of experience in the laundry field, first with American Dryer Company and, in the last three years, with Chicago Dryer Company – selling and supporting flatwork feeders, ironers, sheet folders, towel/small piece folders and sheet separators. Tom picked up the new skills with gusto and enthusiasm. He is one of the most responsive reps we have ever worked with. It is a great experience working with him and having him make presentations to our customers. He is very deserving of the award and we congratulate him.
