Another Successful Chicago® Service Seminar

Many thanks to Glenn Donnelly of Pellerin Laundry Machinery Sales Co., Mike Sejman and Bret Gass of the Grand Hyatt San Antonio, and all those that contributed in making the recent Chicago Service Seminar in San Antonio, Texas such a great success! Taking place at the Grand Hyatt, Jan. 12 & 13, 2010, Chicago hosted numerous regional properties with well over 30 attendees.

The 1000 room Grand Hyatt hotel was the perfect venue for the seminar. The Hyatt's on-site laundry showcases a variety of Chicago’s equipment, including: a Pik Quik, a King Edge, two Century 4200 flatwork ironers, two Skyline folders and two Air Chicago folders, which were all ideal for hands-on service training.

Led by Chicago Dryer’s Paul Naylor and Ted Brown along with Matt Fields, Chicago had a very productive and educational tutorial focusing on both basic and advanced maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. At the conclusion of the 2-day seminar all attendees were presented Certificates of Attendance along with official Chicago Caps!
