Read Eric Frederick’s recent column where he reminisces about working with Chicago on finding a solution to a problem a few years ago, “Chicago rose to the occasion and diligently worked with us over the next 12 months until we had perfected the folder.” Another example of Chicago solving their customers’ needs through innovation.
